Very very poor customer service. The store telephone is rarely answered meaning that you have to physically visit the store for any issue. The staff are very junior, and not customer focused at all. Lots of errors made in the processing of my appointment especially updating my contact details on the database which I had to point out to them on several occasions before all the fields were finally inputted correctly. I was trialling Boots to see if I should switch from vision express, my experience to date suggests that would not be a smart move.
