The staff are always very professional, and they really go the extra mile. My glasses frames broke recently, and I ordered a new pair to be delivered to the store. I was told it would take between 2 and 24 hours for my lenses to be replaced--they rang me back within 30 minutes! And the person who replaced them also took my measurements directly from my broken pair of glasses, and they fit perfectly. What a professional! Best optician in Sheffield, hands down. Thank you!

I found the whole experience of eye testing and consultation during this difficult time to be very smooth. All Staff were friendly, courteous and professional and made me feel at ease despite having to follow Covid-19 rules. I have attended this practice a few times with excellent results, prescriptions have always been spot on and spectacles of good quality. I would highly recommend!

i had my eyes tested at boots high street and had glasses made was not happy so boots optician named charlesworth had them remade with upgraded varifocals they are perfect thank you after guarantee ran out on frames arm broke and was irepairable once again for a very small fee charlesworth had me some new frames made and fitted my lenses in new frames very pleased with boots opticians once again thankyou

Haven't been opticians in 6 years, did all the checks and more, was v nervous to begin with felt very comfortable throughout

My appointment was arranged online and was pretty much to time. The staff were very helpful and even let me collect my glasses earlier than my appointment time on the collection day. The same couldn't be said for my husband's appointment in Chesterfield the following day. They had no record of his appointment (despite showing his confirmation email) and they couldn't offer a suitable alternative appointment for a couple of weeks. The staff said this was an ongoing issue.
