We arrived early and was asked if we would like a cup of tea as they were busy and running a little late. We started looking at potential frames and was given some sale one's to look at as well. We were given great advice and information regarding my new lenses and frames.

The service I received was friendly and efficient. I did know the name of the person because she was wearing a name badge. The advice she gave was clear and I will be arranging another appointment with Boots next year.

Staff are helpful, shop is far too small and crowded

The optician (Marta) was very friendly and helpful. She gave professional advice about contact lenses and also gave suggestions which were very useful. Another staff member (Tim) was also very helpful and he adjusted my glass and changed a damaged piece without delay. I am so pleased these people sorted out my problems with a professional and friendly attitude.
