Optician was brilliant however the level of customer service from assisting staff could be greatly improved. The lady who greeted me seemed annoyed and confused as to why I was there despite having a booked appointment. She was not clear on what she was doing on her computer and I feel she could have been more courteous and informative rather than coming across irritable. Her colleague was slightly friendlier and more helpful.

I had to go back 5 times and change my glasses I also had a retest almost had my money back the last last lady who saw me was really thorough. . Would not go back there though or recommend Had to pay an extra £45 for wider lens which brings the price up to £270 thats with 25% off. I was fine with my gold ones from specsavers how come I have to have platinum this time ? My eyes haven't changed. I feel I have been taken advantage of. To small place often overcrowded differ ent staff all the time or too busy no room for my mums wheelchair.
