The lady I saw was very rude and unhelpful, basically implied that I was lying about the problems I was having, she was not interested in the issues I was telling her I had, she was doing her checks but shined her light in my eyes far too long that I ended up with a horrific headache that lasted the rest of the day, she seemed very eager to end the consultation as quickly as possible, I don't even know why she works with the public when she is not even interested in helping, although she did recommend I attend another appointment in a few months even though I had paid £25 for a useless appointment she wants me to do the same again. I would never recommend to anyone to go here, shocking experience, I will never use any boots again
