Once my treatment started, the staff were polite, attentive and showed a high level of knowledge. However, I can't see the point in requesting a date and time slot when booking and then it not being adhered to. My appointment was at 1105 and on arrival I was informed that they were running 20mins late. In fact I didn't get seen until 1200 which isn't even close. People can not be expected to pay for extra parking or having to rearrange their next schedule, just because the optician is 'running late' or you may as well forget the booking system and just have people 'drop in'.
