Having a painful eye condition I needed an emergency appointment before attending my GP. I had to make 8 phone calls to local opticians to find anyone who could help. The lady here immediately said she would see if she could amend other appointments to fit me in. She was able to do so. I was then able to see my GP and be referred to hospital within a couple of hours. Many thanks to you all
