I had appointment for 16.30 on 23rd December, was at bus stop at 15.15, should have been bus at 15.20, 15.40 and on hour. None of these arrived the first available bus was 16.10 the bus got in a queue so I telephoned Boots Peterborough and said I was on bus but there was a queue. I would also like you to bear in mind I am in my 70's. I arrived 13minutes late was ignored at reception so went to two other members of staff who were sorting drawers. I was amazed to see one member go to my left and one to my right was I invisible. Went back to reception and had to interupt in order to draw attention I was asked to sit down only to be told they would not test my eyes. I had made the effort to keep appointment and staff couldn't be bothered!

appointment was cancelled upon arrival - was advised a call was made to cancel the appointment about an hour before the appointment time - i did not receive a call and no message was left - i now have to wait 10 days for the next appointment
