All staff were very helpful, Gwen did my clntact lens check and was very thorough, the optometrist who did my eye test was also very good and explained all the tests that had been done. I think it was Alison who helped me to choose new glasses and she was really helpful and kind. All in all a good experience

My daughter and I had our eyes tested at Boots Opticians, Portsmouth. The service we received from start to finish was fantastic. Friendly, professional and very helpful. From feeling quite nervous about having my eyes tested, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and am looking forward to wearing my new glasses ! I would highly recommend this practice.

I knew the name. She has seen my eyes before. All worked well. Not sure Gas permeable are mainstream and not clear what the scheme gets me.
