My Optometrist was called Fran who gave me a really good eye test and prescribed slightly stronger lenses for me. She also suggested I get myself some prescription sunglasses to protect my eyes better in the sun. On buying my first pair of glasses Brian looked after me really well, he knew what he was talking about and he took his time helping me pick the right frames etc. and I'm very happy with my new glasses. A couple of weeks later I decided to take Fran's advice and buy some prescription sunglasses. This time I was served by Kelly and she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She spent so much time with me looking for the right frame and picking the right colour lenses and then getting everything just right. I collected my new sunglasses last week and, again, I was served by Kelly. She spent a lot of time with me making sure the glasses fitted correctly and that I was happy with them. She is such a friendly and amicable person and puts you at ease straight away.

Juliana who helped me with my new spectacles was brilliant. She was very friendly.and very knowledgeable about the products and what would be best for me. I look forward to seeing her again on the 16th to collect them. Gwen the Optometrist was very experienced. She was very patient and made sure my prescription was exactly right for me. I would recommend these two ladies to anyone I know.

I had a letter telling me my year was up and I needed a appointment for September I came in had all the checks done photos etc git in to see the optician and got told my appointment wasn't due until. Nov and because I get my check ups on the NHS I couldn't have done so it was a total waste

Tim at commercial rd was very professional and thorough in examining my eyes. I felt very comfortable in the knowledge he was doing his best as per my needs. He responded to his own professional intuition and double checked to be absolutely sure and as a result has sent a letter to my GP for a follow up. Thanks Tim!
