No improvement needed The optometrist Gwen was very thorough in her test she picked up a problem that is now being investigated by my GP. She also picked up a problem 2 years ago that is now under control with treatment. I would recommend her to anybody she is very good as I expect are all the others on the team.

The only issue I have is that of timekeeping. My last appointment was barely 10 minutes late which was very good but I've never been in on time and the normal wait can be anything up to half hour after the appointment time.
