The optician Gwen was very friendly and thorough. The pptometrist sarah was also very friendly and helpful with me choosing frames and lenses and explained all possible options of glasses. I was very happy with the service.

Gwen Marston was the Optometrist and she was extremely thorough. She was very busy but still managed to answer my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I got lots of help choosing my glasses and all my options were explained. Sarah was very good.

The experience was great from start to finish. I was kept informed what happening next and I am going to try contacts soon. My optician was Gwen and Alison saw me afterwards. All the staff were pleasant and looked happy to work there.

Great service. Gwen Marston is a great Opticians and I have also seen Tim who is very thorough too. Staff very friendly not pushy but always take time to find out what you really need.

awful service . glasses i received 2 years ago were not correct despite them re doing them twice , the practice manager even agreed that the varifocal was too low in the lenses to warrant different vision. my new glasses also done by boots now have to be sent back as they are not correct either nd they are charging me an additional 170 pound to put them right . i would not recommend boots to anyone
