Over the recent bank holiday weekend I was very worried about my eye as it was swollen and painful and in fact looked as if someone had punched me! As I couldn't see a Gp until the following Tuesday I rang the store for advice and spoke to a young lady called Katie. Well I was incredibly grateful and impressed by her kindness and professionalism. She could tell I was very worried and needed reassurance and she went above and beyond helping me feel cared for. She really was so lovely and deserves recognition. I in fact ended up attending A&E on the Monday and was diagnosed with a particularly bad stye and given antibiotic eye drops and my eye no longer resembles a golf ball! Well done Katie for your fantastic service!
