I was quoted £360 to replace my glasses that are advertised at £170. When I told the sales lady "that was too much" I was taken to the counter with no attempt to show or offer an alternative and charged £10 for what was supposed to be a free eye test? I managed to escape before they threw me down their stairs !!!!
