Appointment made via phone, very efficient and professional. My Optometrist was Gwen, who made me feel relaxed and gave time for eye adjustment before continuing the testing. Gwen was professional and had a friendly, calm approach helped me to be at ease. I was then introduced to Juliana who assisted me with the difficult decision of choosing frames. Juliana assessed quickly what would suit my face shape and size. She then took time to explain all the options for my varifocal needs and costings. Juliana was brilliant and very professional she explained she was a student therefore she was using two forms of measuring and explained it was policy to have these measurements checked by a second professional. Juliana also asked if a voucher I had could be used for my sunglasses therefore saving me money which as being retired was very welcome. Loved the service provided.
