Made appointment for yearly eye examination and also contact lens check. Very easy to make an appointment that fitted my diary. I was first seen in connection with my contact lens check by Jeremy (sorry, did not get his surname). Very helpful and efficient appointment, listened to my requirements and made appropriate recommendations to trial. Felt very confident in the advice given. I was then seen for my eye examination by Gwen Marston. I have actually been seeing Mrs Marston for a number of years and she has always been very thorough in the exam and listened to my concerns regarding problems I had with previous verification lenses in my glasses. She was able to identify an alternative make of lens that should solve my issues. As always very helpful. I was then helped by a wonderful lady called Julianna. She demonstrated excellent customer care and was very knowledgeable about the products etc. She helped my choose new frames and was thankful for her honest feedback. Overall an excellent appointment and feel confident in the advice and changes I have made.
