The 3 staff who helped me were very knowledgeable, efficient and put me at my ease. Their names were Louise, Juber and Grace. The glasses I chose were reasonable in price, fitted perfectly and now I am wearing them I realise how my prescription has changed since my last consultation. I was able to take advantage of the vouchers which had been sent to me resulting in a free eye test and money off my glasses. I got 3 pairs with both the 2nd and 3rd at half price. In the past I had had a bad experience at another high street opticians but Boots are very thorough and I have complete confidence in them.
