Grace was very good and did the health checks on the machines and explained what she was doing. Tim my optometrist (only found out his name after) spoke very quietly and just muttered things. Did not explain what was going on. Felt like he was rushing as there were lots of patients waiting to be seen. Richard was the guy that took me out of the room and wrote down every ones names. He gave my details to me in a kids zoo folder. What is that all about !!!!!!!!!! Not sure I will go there again next time.
