I usually go to Boots Commercial Road, Portsmouth for my daughter's eye tests and contact lens checks. Unfortunately there were no appointments free at Portsmouth and I had to go to Havant Branch instead. I assumed the computer systems were all the same so Havant could access previous records from Portsmouth. However this was not the case so it took much longer as records had to be faxed over and read through in detail before the consultation. This seems very backward that the computer records are completely separate and inconvenient too.
