I was kept waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time and no-one came to apologise or let me know how long it would be. When I did see my optometrist she was friendly and helpful and I came away feeling that she had asked all the right questions and given me good advice.

Managed to easily select an appointment the next day by booking online which was easy. Upon arriving, a girl called Elizabeth who was very welcoming took me straight to the waiting area which I was seen straight away by a gentlemen called Dan. He was extremely polite and professional, and explained the process. I was then seen by the optometrist Sunita, who again, was very informative and very welcoming. I am not fond of having my eyes being looked at but Sunita made me feel at ease through the whole process. I was very happy with the whole team at boots opticians.

The staff were very attentive and welcoming; my prescreen consultant, James, walked me through each stage of the consultation and made me comfortable and reassured throughout. The optometrist, Yvonne, was friendly, supportive and above all, professional; I was guided through the availability of contact lenses as well as an in-depth evaluation of my prescription and how my new one would boost my vision and aid my short-sightedness. I left feeling satisfied that my new glasses will be vastly improving my vision and confidence.Overall I was exceedingly happy with my experience at Boots Opticians, Victoria Centre.
