The staff were very professional from start to finish - it was my first visit to Boots Opticians and they will definitely be my opticians in the future - I have check up every 1/2 years and buy new glasses (varifocals) on each occasion so a good customer! The staff who looked after me last week were Beth, Krishna the Optometrist, Elizabeth and Emma.

All the staff who dealt with me were friendly and helpful and took time to answer any questions both during the examination and eye test and also the choice of suitable frames on separate occasions. This was the third time I have been to Boots in recent years and have been extremely satisfied with the professional service I received. I was originally recommended to go there by a friend.
