Beth assisted me first with the first part of my vision test. She was very polite, very funny and a pleasure to be seen by. She was very knowledge and eager to help. Serious contender for employee of the month I think. Aiyasha was my optometrist, she was also great and gentle. Great advice and genuinely lovely. Krishna also consulted with Aiyasha and was also a credit to the boots team. Couldn't of asked for a better sight test. Terrific customer service by the three ladies. They are a genuine credit to the opticians.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular Daksha, Sue, Kellie were very professional. A small problem with the original frame was sorted out with a replacement ordered without question.
