I always receive great service at Boots Victoria Centre however sometimes find that the reception desk is unmanned so it can be a wait sometimes for a member of staff to see you if they are busy with other customers. Suggest maybe that a member of staff is on their permanently as there always appears to be a queue

each of the staff were very helpful and kept me informed of what to expect before it happened. i was especially impressed with Beth, who was calm, reassuring and courteous and kept the whole thing relaxed. Everything was explained to me, even that she was not sure of how some things operated and she was quick to try and then get it checked out by someone with more authority. Nothing was undertaken without my permission first. She made me feel that I had been of help to her. Thanks Beth. Rebecca and Suizi also attended to me during my appointment and were each respectful. Dan C took time talking through all of the options and gave an excellent service with a personal touch. Dan gave tips and advice previously not discussed with me and clearly had a great knowledge of the products and services which he explained thoroughly. His happy and friendly attitude was a welcome change to what you normally experience in many shops on a busy Sunday afternoon. He worked hard to find a follow up appointment that suited me and did his best to fit me in before an upcoming celebration. Thank you Dan!
