I don't believe anything could be improved. Because of problems with my left eye I was there for a long time. All the staff could not have been more friendly or proffessional.

unfortunately I had to have a retest as there was error with my new glasses I do not know where the error occurred . it was disappointing as I have never had a problem in the past

The store is in the process of being renovated- I was led through to the seating area by the reception staff which was nice rather than just pointed around the hoardings! As soon as I'd sat down, I was called for my appointment- no wait!! Optician discussed lots of options regarding reading with contact lenses in and was very thorough
