The actual optician and staff were very helpful and accommodating due to the fact that it was a contact lense assessment I was actually after and I was booked in just for an eye test. I do however think that you should make it clear and obvious that if you are to have a contact lense assessment and want to sign up you will have to buy the first 3 mths worth upfront!!! I was very disappointed with this and was thinking of taking my business elsewhere!
