Everyone was very friendly but the optometrist was keen to sell as much as possible and gave it the hard sell. I was told my collection was at 11.15 am, one of the first of the morning. I was told how important it was to turn up on time and that if I didn't there would be all sorts of ramifications. I turned up at 11.10 am and was seen at 11.35am. No apology or even mention of being kept waiting for 20 mins. Irritating and slightly hypocritical.
