The process is so slow and the staff talk to you as though your 80 years old and deaf They really could speed up the whole process My appointment was at 3 pm it finished at 5-15pm Why ????? Having spoken to other people who attend alternative opticians they tell me their appointment was completed in 1/2 the time Disappointed with Boots
