The staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable (Elizabeth, Naj and Jane). However, the Receptionist needs to take more time to ensure the customer knows where the Waiting Area is. She told me to wait there, but failed to tell me where it was. Assumed knowledge that I did not have.
