I visited Boots opticians in Victoria Centre a few weeks ago and received great advice from Jane about what glasses would suit me best. I returned today tomake a final decision and order some new glasses. Despite not having an appointment Sue asked if I needed any help almost immediately. Sue was very efficient in advising me on which glasses suited me and would fit me best (this matched what Jane had said previously). Sue explained my new prescription in great a detail and explained why and what changes I would notice in my vision. I mentioned that I was struggling with my prescription sunglasses I recently purchased and again she gave me great advice and an explanation why I was noticing such a difference. Sue was very thorough in ordering my new glasses and then went on to adjust my sunglasses so they fit much better and the issue I had been having with using them improved immediately. I've always used this opticians and today only proved why. Great service, and real experts at their job. I can't wait to get my new glasses now! Thank you
