Dan C took time talking through all of the options and gave an excellent service with a personal touch. Dan gave tips and advice previously not discussed with me and clearly had a great knowledge of the products and services which he explained thoroughly. His happy and friendly attitude was a welcome change to what you normally experience in many shops on a busy Sunday afternoon. He worked hard to find a follow up appointment that suited me and did his best to fit me in before an upcoming celebration. Thank you Dan!
