I came in, and was not feeling very well, and I was greeted by a lovely girl with an american accent, I think her name suliama. She was very friendly and kept smilling, she made me feel much better, as well as she explained to me everything that was going to happen very clearly. The optician gave me very clear instructions. However, I did not like the fact that I was seen by one person first, then went into the optometrist and the person who took me out was a different person. But overall it was a great visit.
