Great service :-) Liz A, Zeyneb and Mujtaba were friendly, welcoming, professional and responsive throughout. They elicited my individual needs (I work with computers, and spend long periods in front of a screen) and discussed the best ways to address them. We went through my eye health in detail, and they explained clearly what the various tests were for (etc.) I have a couple of friends who've bought glasses over the internet recently, and to be honest I'd been considering doing the same thing (getting an eye test with Boots, then ordering some specs online). In retrospect I'm glad I didn't: my sight is important to me, and I need glasses that fit properly and work correctly. If I'd bought glasses online I wouldn't have received anything like the expert, personalised care and service I received today.
