I was very impressed with the level of courtesy and helpfulness from the instant I called to book an appointment. The appointment started promptly, all aspects explained. Tests were efficient but thorough - with staff eager to re-test to get the most accurate reading and, elsewhere, have others double-check any recorded details. At no time did I feel like I was considered 'just another customer' and I left feeling very well looked thanks to the excellent level of service and manner of everyone I spoke to. Absolutely no criticisms whatsoever.
