With my appointment I met three people,all were very pleasant, answered any questions i had,and explained everything very clearly,they were all very helpful,and would highly recommend Boots for eye care.

Janaka was very impressive. Very happy with my eye test with her. She speaks very clearly and her recommendations were very good! Everyone else I dealt with were fantastic also. Emily T done my dispense and Paulina done my health checks. Both great!

when l got 2 pairs of glasses 3 years ago l was very pleased with them but this year it seams to have gone down a bit some of the staff was ok but some not very good did not take the time with you. glasses not so good this time Jane Howe

Stop the twenty minute limit on consultations. I was a few minutes (4 minutes) late for my appointment due to heavy traffic and the optometrist was worried she she wouldn't get through all the tests in time and seemed a bit rushed.
