Fantastic experience from start to finish. All staff I dealt with were very friendly, polite and highly professional. The optometrist, Yusef, was very thorough and showed a real and comforting interest in the condition of my site, offering information and advise that was useful to me. Pauline who processed my order and explained options for me was also exceptional. Well done to you Boots.

I was quite happy with my appointment at Castle Mall. I was happy with the lady who took the measurements of my eyes. I was very happy with the student who helped me to choose the right frames for my new glasses. She was patient with me. I think that the appointment with the optician was quite in hurry because he probably had other customers to see. I would recommend Boots to my friends and family. But my appointment was not easy to arrange. I originally made one at Boots in Fakenham. But because their optician was ill they could not see me. So I had to rebook my appointment.
