Steve the Optician and Caroline who dealt with all my pre appointment admin were most helpful, professional and caring. I was dealt with very promptly and courteously. I have been attending Boots Opticians at Chesterfield for many years and this is the best service I have received thus far. Excellent and would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic staff. Always helpful. Have been trying different lenses over the past year or so. Paul has been very patient and always positive. Can't praise him enough. Visited a few months ago and was advised on some new lenses that would be available later in the year. Caroline made a note to ring me when they could get some to my prescription. True to her word she rang me once they were in stock. Both Paul, Caroline and all the staff i have dealt with are a credit to Boots. Nothing to improve. Very satisfied with the service.

Friendly and professional care. All equipment was up to date and cleaned before my use in front of me. Clear and detailed explanations of what was happening throughout my consultation. Super advice about glasses and frames but not pushy about it. Paul the optician was great as was Melanie who looked after me.
