Opticians and staff themselves very good.. however - I had a contact lenses check booked at 12:20 and eye test booked at 12:45 which I was assured would take half an hour to 40 mins at time of booking which was important because me and my partner (which was also seen re contact lenses) had hair appointments in Nottingham city centre. I didn't get seen for the eye test until around 1:30 which meant my other half had to take my car for his hair appointment and I missed mine. Then had to wait for him to finish and pick me up which meant spending almost 3 hours in the opticians on my day off! I did mention I was annoyed to the optician and he said they have to sit there all day too to which I pointed out they are paid to be there it is their job whilst this is my day off and most certainly not being paid to be there. Whilst waiting for my lift back the staff were lovely and did make me a drink however all in all a terrible experience and not how I intended to spend my Saturday!!

Both Gaby and Emily were extremely friendly and helpful during my visit and took time to fully explain all of the procedures involved.
