This time wasn't nicley treated to us by optometrist. There was missing alphabets booklet to match words or shaps for illiterate people, and my mom was difficult to tell us. I did apologise to optometrist on behalf of my
Mom, but i feel she wasn't really nice to us. Last Visit was absolutely good, so next time i will choose different optician for my mom. Thankyou

The examination was extremely thorough and the staff were friendly and helpful, this is the first time I've had to have glasses and I couldn't be happier with the choices on offer and the help on hand..
