The only downside was I couldn't view the glasses I wanted as they didn't have the key to the cabinet. This means that I walked away from purchasing 2 pairs of glasses and will now go to a different shop. This was really poor from a customer experience perspective.

Sales women lied and pushed to sell NEW type glasses or more expensive lenses. Didn't offer all the offers even after askig her twice. I only knew there was cheaper offer as one of the earlier ladies discussed with me at the start about different lense and cost. As i was lied to/ mis inform/ not been told everything (whatever you want to call it), i walked out and didn't spend a penny at the store and I don't think i will be going there again. Should have gone to specsavers

I am always surprised how cheerful everyone is! This time I noticed I had a lot more explained to me which was great.
