Having attended my doctor this am she advised me to either go to the QMC eye clinic or my own optician. I opted for the latter and had preferential attention. I must say that the Optometrist, Karamdeep, was extremely thorough and had an impeccable manner about him - I actually told him so - he was totally absorbed in my care, making me feel reassured and at ease. All members of staff were highly attentive and helpful as usual. I have attended this Opticians for many years. Thank you.

I saw Nick for my contact lens check up appointment and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease in his company and had a really enjoyable appointment. He seems really willing to help you out in any way he can.

I got a car parking fine for £100 through which really upset me, I wasn't made
Aware that I needed to register my car reg number. I know how to put in an appeal. I think customers should be told about this when they arrive to avoid this happening. I came my work lunch break and chose this branch as I knew I could park. I would never imagined I needed to worry about parking as a customer.
