The Optician was Karamdeep and he is the best Optician I have ever met. Friendly and extremely polite. He explained everything and treated my son who's appointment it was, with respect. He kept asking him if he was ok and explained everything. This was first class service. Also the lady in reception who initially took us to the optician was brilliant but I can't remember her name. Also the lady who helped us chose the glasses Savita I think her name was was also very friendly and helpful. First class customer service, highly recommended. Thank you.

Lots of minor problems at store. Assistant who took my details had enormous nails and could barely hold her pen. She could not spell at all and my profession ''surgeon" was written as ' serg--n' instead. Contact lens professional and optometrist were excellent. During my consultation it became clear that my 2 pairs of glasses, bought at the same time 2 years ago, had different prescriptions in them. This was checked 3 times but no explanation given of the error. I presume I will receive a refund. I will speak with shop manager when I return to collect my new glasses.
