The "Greeter" was polite and thorough. Online booking made appointment incorrectly. I wanted the contact lens expert but was allocated a regular optician. The greeter managed to sort this proactively. The contact lens expert was his ususl self - courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring. I only go to Boots because of him!
