Just like to say I had a joint contact lenses and eye test appointment. I found the personnel on both counts very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. My aftercare with the staff in store was equally an excellent experience with all the staff involved going above and beyond their remit to make sure I received a first class service. Special mention to Rhianne and Mel at the Castle Boulevard branch of Boots opticians who were absolutely superb in their customer advice and support!!
