I am NOT a fan of the centralised booking system. I booked an appointment for 08.30am because I started work at 10.00am. I got sent a reminder for an appointment at 09.25am on my chosen date. I rang the branch but got no reply. Centralised booking assured me that I would the appointment would be completed within 30 minutes - it wasn't - I was late for work - GRRRRR!
