This time wasn't nicley treated to us by optometrist. There was missing alphabets booklet to match words or shaps for illiterate people, and my mom was difficult to tell us. I did apologise to optometrist on behalf of my Mom, but i feel she wasn't really nice to us. Last Visit was absolutely good, so next time i will choose different optician for my mom. Thankyou
