When I walked into the opticians I was greeted and then I passed over to a lady that carried out tests on my eyes. She was friendly enough however, she didn't make me feel comfortable as she didn't attempt to make conversation with me and she didn't explain how to carry out the tests properly. I was then taken into the optometrist and I was informed that they had spelt my name incorrect last time and they couldn't find me on the system. I had to explain this to the First Lady I saw, the optomestrist and to the lady I finally saw to pay for my eye test. How difficult is it to spell my name correctly and to correct it first thing so I didn't have to explain the situation to three people during my appointment.
