Staff were all spot on. Minor detail was that optician was not aware that I was also seeing the contact lens specialist. I must say though, there was no issue with this I was just asked if I want a contact lens trial, was then told I could book in which confused me as I thought I had. However on leaving consultation room I was collected by contact specialist so no time was lost etc it was fine.
