I had a terrible experience. My first appointment was cancelled 2 hours prior. My second appointment was totally messed up and resulted in me being at the opticians for over two hours. Although the staff were very apologetic the level of service I received was far below the standard of what I would expect from Boots. I was left having to wear monthly contact lenses for longer that the recommended time. I am not at all impressed with this poor service
