I got a car parking fine for £100 through which really upset me, I wasn't made Aware that I needed to register my car reg number. I know how to put in an appeal. I think customers should be told about this when they arrive to avoid this happening. I came my work lunch break and chose this branch as I knew I could park. I would never imagined I needed to worry about parking as a customer.
