Boots Opticians Norwich

Thought the eye test was thorough and well carried out by the staff. Not very helpful when it came to choosing the frames. All i had was the pair Mum and I chose were not a good fit but she didn’t help us choose anything similar. Then I got a phone call today to say they were cancelling my appointment to collect my glasses tomorrow despite having made arrangements with work etc to go and collect them. Told to expect at least another week before they would be ready despite having been made to pay up front for my glasses and made to wait nearly two weeks already and they know my current ones are broken! Not good enough Boots again!

It is hard to sometimes get great care or customer service but today i was treated to both. Fern put me at ease and explained every part of the procedure to me and took time to see that i understood This approach really put me at ease . It made the experience so much more easier than i had expected. I then met mr Wicker i think his name was Mark. He had such an easy manner and made everything clear and easy to understand I went to Boots as they are such a trusted brand and i am so glad i did. I didnt need to change my glasses but it was so reassuring to hear that the health of my eyes is so good considering i take medications. I highly recommend using this branch for your eye tests. Thank you both so much for a fantastic and professional experience It was a pleasure to meet you both Mrs wones

The majority of the staff were lovely, but what let my experience down was a lady called Becky, who was very nice to me but her manner to other staff members wasn’t. Whilst waiting for my appointment I heard Becky say to a trainee “I know your standing there looking pretty but I need you to do this”. She also said to another member of staff about another college hand writing, and said “il write it like a normal human” the member of staff she was referring to could have dyslexia ? I felt she was rude and quite intimidating to members of staff.

Everything was explained to me. All staff were polite & friendly to me. Had help with picking out my new glasses, & again everything was done very professionally. Would have no hesitation in recommending Boots to anyone else for eye tests.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff made the whole experience stress free and easy.

The young man at the Norwich riverside store .. I can’t remember his name .. he was Muslim Canadian .. he was lovely with my son who has adhd & suffers from anxiety in these situations . He made him feel totally at ease & made the trip to optitions so much easier for me & my child ..

Very kind and supportive connection with health issues. Lovely Chap. Also helpful and kind too .

The Assistant Sam deserves the highest praise. He is one of a kind. Made me and my family feel at ease and made my experience brilliant at this store. He helped me chose what was best for me and told me all the options. I would highly recommend this store to anyone because sam was so delightful! Thank you sam.
